Yara Misto is a new law clerk at Troutman Amin. She earned her J.D. from the American University Washington College of Law in 2026, where she served as President of the Fashion and Art Law Society and the Symposium Chair of the Intellectual Property Brief. Before joining the firm, Yara worked on trademark and copyright research, and litigation matters. She also holds a Masters of Studies in Law with an Entertainment Law certificate and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Southern California. Yara has a passion for justice, intellectual property, consumer privacy, and emerging technology!
